Inservice days!

Hello!!

I haven't blogged in ages because i have had loads of revision for my exams!

So last thursday and friday we had inservice days at our school, which was very nice!

Thursday

On thursday, i went round my friend Lucys house and she made a very nice lunch, afterwards as the weather was so nice we played rounders and swing ball (which i was rubbish at and lucy couldn't stop laughing at me!) in the garden. At about 4 '0' clock, Lucy's mum had to go to the hospital for a check up on her leg, so me and Lucy went with her. We had to sit in the waiting room for quite a long time before she could go in as the doctor was delayed. Just before Kim (Lucys mum) went in, steve (lucys dad) came and met us at the hospital, so me and Lucy just waited for them in the waiting room. While they were gone me and Lucy were taking pictures of each other in the wheelchairs there, it was very funny! I didn't actually take my camera as we were going to a hospital i didnt think that there was going to be a photo oppotunity but of course lucy took hers with her! So i will have to get the photos off her and then put them on here!

Friday

On the friday, Me, Talia and Lucy went to cardiff on the train. It was a great day out, and we all love the shops there especially the massive Primark which we spent a very long time in!

I bought quite alot of things, although i didnt get as much as i thought.. On the way on the train Lucy brought us some mini muffins and some orange juice for our breakfast so that was a yummy snack on the way, thanks Luc! We shopped the whole time that we didnt have time to go anywhere for lunch so instead i had taken some crisps and chocolate for us and then we bought a sausage roll to eat on the train on the way back. When we got back to the train station my uncle martyn and little twin cousins Emily and Tamzin picked me and Luc up, we dropped Lucy home and then my uncle and cousins came round they ended up staying till about half 10 and we had a yummy take-away! I really enjoyed that day so thanks girlies!

Race 4 life 118 Girls

Hello!!

This is my first post and i have nearly had this blog for a month which isn't a very good start but if i dont do one now then lucy will kill me!!

Anyway me and one of my bestest friends lucy, did the race 4 life on the downs the other weekend, we ran the whole thing and finished at 36 minutes which we were very pleased about. We dressed up as 118 men and got lots of funny looks and people laughing at us! The picture as you can probably tell was before the race!! My mum and her friend Denise also did the race for life for the 5th year in a row, they walked it and finished at 56 minutes. We really enjoyed it and raised a lot of money for cancer research! We could hear lots of people behind us muttering 'ooh 118 people, there good arn't they?' and 'Nice outfit' 'Go Girls' 'Go afros' etc. but these words really encouraged us to run even faster!! Towards the end though i was running like an old women bent over and felt very tired. Lucy's Mum and dad came up to watch us and took some great action shots, here are some of them...
